From the 14th of October, 2024, M-PAiSA mobile wallet is connected to the National Payment System (NPS), enabling the transfer of funds between banks and mobile wallets connected to the NPS.

Terms and Conditions for M-PAiSA Transactions through NPS:

The sending party (transaction initiator) must always coordinate with their respective bank or mobile wallet provider for any transaction-related queries. Account holder details (KYC/ID) must be verified before any transaction-related inquiries can proceed formally. The response and resolution time for delayed or disputed transactions depends on the respective banks’ or mobile wallets’ resolution timeframes.
